Abstract
Focuses on commercial and institutional buildings, where ventilation concerns usually dominate, and on single- and multi-family residences, where infiltration is important. The basic concepts and terminology for both are presented before more advanced analytical and design techniques are given. Many of the fundamental ideas and terminology covered in this chapter can also be applied to industrial buildings.
