Abstract
Extends the methods for calculating pressures on concrete for formwork as described in CIRIA report 1 (1965) to cover concretes using admixtures and blends or blended cements. Six examples are given for bridge abutment, partition walls, lift shaft, mass concrete retaining wall, bridge column and V column.
