Abstract
Details of EC Regulation 2037/2000 - ozone depleting substances (ODS) - and its effects upon the manufacture and use of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment. Aimed primarily at the refrigeration and air-conditioning market including users, designers, equipment manufacturers, installation and maintenance contractors. This guide looks at the impact, which refrigerants are affected, the various applications, how to respond to the phase out, and offers alternative approaches and implementation.
