Abstract
Successful application of glass fibre reinforced cement (grc) requires proper consideration of the factors which influence production of the composite material and the range of conditions to which the product will be subjected during its intended life. This digest describes the properties of typical examples of the material and outlines factors of importance for some of the more common applications in construction, such as cladding, formwork and a range of stock products.
