Abstract
Describes field measurements taken with BREFAN, a fan 'pressurisation' rig designed to carry out air leakage tests, on the whole building envelope in two office buildings. Also shows how a 'leakage' index can be evaluated and then used as a diagnostic measure of the constructional quality of the external fabric of the building.
