Abstract
Samples of commercial non-asbestos-cement corrugated sheets, flat sheets and slates, with principal reinforcing fibres of cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol or alkali-resisting glass, have been exposed to natural weathering at the Building Research Establishment for several years. Durability of these products has been assessed by measuring their mechanical properties. Results obtained to date are presented.
