Abstract
Tropical climates are more severe than temperate climates on most of the newer organic materials. This Digest gives guidance for builders and designers on the selection and use of building materials and products that are available for use in tropical countries. It considers plastics, roofing membranes, sealants, thermal insulating materials and surface coatings.
