Abstract
The Regulations provide the framework for managing the issues of health and safety during the construction, repair, maintenance and demolition of civil engineering, building and engineering construction works. This publication provides guidance on the application of CDM Regulation 13 'Requirements on designer'. It is, therefore, addressed to designers and design organisations, in particular their handling of health and safety plan and file.
