Abstract

Sets out the level of provision that the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea expect to see in planning applications coming before it for decisions. The design guidance notes are intended to complement the adopted Unitary Development Plan and Approved Document M of the Building Regulations 1991, Access and Facilities for Disabled People.
