Abstract

Introduces the August 1993 amendments to the December 1991 edition of the Specification for Highway Works and its Notes for Guidance, the Highway Construction Details and Preparation of Bills of Quantities for Highway Works. Implementation requirements for the amendments are given for their use in trunk road contracts in the UK.
