Abstract
Ice rink and water leisure centre, on the banks of the River Clyde at Greenock, offers a range of facilities for all ages and levels of proficiency. Site is on landfill, with variable groundwater levels which influences the timing of swimming pool draw down. Includes cost comment and analysis. Working details of structural concrete elements projecting through a faceted curtain wall, the outer layer of which is structurally glazed opaque glass.
