Provides guidance on the following contracts: GC/Works/5 General conditions for the appointment of consultants (1998) and GC/Works/5 General conditions for the appointment of consultants: framework agreement (1999). Also included is an annex that outlines the duties of the construction manager and an annex outlining the duties of the planning supervisor.
