Abstract

The guidance contained in this report has two objectives: 1) To bring to the attention of design teams and client organisations important considerations which are often overlooked when establishing information requirements for building services systems; 2) To help ensure that specific items of building services information and documentation required at handover are identified and accounted for. To help achieve these objectives, a series of checklists are included which detail the procedures and responsibilities of all parties involved in the construction process in addition to listing requirements for building services documentation.
