Abstract
Subsequent to the publication of the insurance provisions to take account of terrorism cover and its possible non-availability (TC/94), it was decided to incorporate the amended provisions in the 1998 suite of contracts, in January 2001. This note will assist in providing an understanding of the amendment to those who are new or relatively new to the contracts.
