Abstract
Describe two case studies. Summarises the project. The main objective was to study modular construction in the context of flexible, adaptable and sustainable solutions to the changing demands of social housing. This part summarises the findings from the two other parts, the case studies of Peabody Trust’s development Murray Grove in London and the Joseph Rowntree Foundation’s development CASPAR II in Leeds, as well as other. research carried out in the field, and gives guidance for future developments.
