Abstract

Acts as a working aid to the operation and administration of the Minor Works Building Contract 1998 (MW 98). It gives a straightforward explanation of the provisions of the contract and how they will work in practice. The guide assumes only a general knowledge of JCT traditional forms of contract and can therefore be used as an introduction, as well as a desktop reference for the contract administrator.
