Comprises a revised Appendix A10 to the 'Specification for the reinstatement of openings in highways', needed in order to regularise the new approval regime, carried out under the auspices of the Highway Authorities Product Approval Scheme operated by the British Board of Agrément in conjunction with local highway authorities, and the Highways Agency.
