Abstract
The methods of test and technical requirements for wood adhesives are detailed. The properties are based on tests made with thin glue lines on Beechwood joints. Applications using the combination of resin and hardener when they are added by the user. are also covered.

Supersedes BS 1203:1979. Confirmed May 2017. Scope has been extended to cover hot setting wood adhesives for any application involving thin glue-lines, and the designation of the durability classes has been changed from the earlier version.
