Abstract
Focuses on the drying and storage of grains, oil-seeds, hay, cotton, and tobacco. However, the primary focus is on grains and oilseeds, collectively referred to as grain. Major causes of post harvest losses in these products are fungi, insects, and rodents. Substantial deterioration of grain can occur in storage. However, where the principles of good grain storage are applied, losses are minimal.
