Abstract
New sound guide which provides new, comprehensive guidance on the identification and prediction of sources of noise and vibration in HVAC systems whilst offering innovative, practical methods to control, reduce or eliminate them. Deals with aspects such as room sound levels, transmission of noise to and from the outside, techniques to control noise transmission in ducts, noise prediction, the identification and control of vibration and airflow noise.
