Abstract

A jargon free, straightforward, practical handbook covering all aspects of extensions of time. Aimed at construction industry professionals it uses tables, graphs and a glossary to help the reader through liquidated damages, terms under standard contracts, notification of delay, supply of information, assessment, concurrent delays, ethical issues and the use of computers. Potentially complex issues are clarified with short, relevant examples drawn from case law, and difficult concepts are defined by the use of easy reference text boxes.
