Abstract
Sets out revised procedures for consultations between the Forestry Commission and planning authorities on proposals contained in grant aid and felling licence applications and; encloses a copy of the Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation Order and Trees in Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1984 which relax the requirement for the Forestry Commission to be given copies of all the Tree Preservation Orders.
