Abstract
Explains which provisions of the Housing and Planning Act 1986 (the 1986 Act) extend to Scotland; when these provisions come into force; and describe in detail those planning provisions which are brought into operation in Scotland on 7 January 1987 by means of the Housing and Planning Act 1986 Order 1986.
