Abstract
Draws attention to the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Buildings in Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Regulations 1975, which provide a new definition of 'listed building consent'; prescribe the form of application for listed building consent; introduce a requirement that planning authorities should advertise their intentions in local media; extend provisions requiring planning authorities to apply to the Secretary of State for listed building consent; and also modify certain provisions relating to listed building control in the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972.
