Abstract

The procedures suggested in this guidance note relate primarily to the development control process, but can be adapted for dealing with racist representations on other matters: development plans and supplementary planning guidance; consultations on environmental schemes or traffic schemes; complaints about ethnic minority members of staff; ethnic monitoring of applicants etc.
