Abstract
The aim of the Government is to offer everyone the opportunity of a decent home and so promote social cohesion, well-being and self-dependence. This Green Paper sets out the DETR's strategy for housing, covering housing policies and links with our broader social agenda in England and Housing Benefit in Great Britain.
