Abstract

Intended to provide information about Traveller presence in each Scottish Council's area. Covers the use of official sites provided by the majority of Councils, the size and structure of the population occupying official sites, the presence and use of privately owned caravan sites known to by used by Travellers, the extent of Traveller use of unauthorised encampments at different times of the year and permanent Traveller housing.
