Abstract
Covers the latest information about progress against each of the headline indicators of sustainable development. These indicators include total output of the economy, investment, employment, poverty and social exclusion, education, health, housing, crime, climate change, air quality, road traffic, river water quality, wildlife, land use, and waste. Accounts for the action the Government has taken and proposes to take in priority areas. These areas include a sustainable economy, building sustainable communities, managing the environment and resources, and international co-operation and development.
