Abstract
The accommodation needs of education in the 21st Century are detailed in BB95. The advice can be applied to both new building projects and for adaptation of existing buildings. Issues looked at include increased use of ICT, use of the school by the wider community, flexible learning patterns, inclusion of SEN pupils in mainstream schools, sustainability and the quality of design.
