Abstract
A guide to putting good development plans in place quickly by positive management of the process of preparing a plan that will do its job well. An inclusive and dynamic way of combining provision for the social and economic needs of future communities with the enhancement of the environment and the conservation of resources. Looks forward to the preparation of Local Development Frameworks as proposed in the Planning Green Paper.
