Publication Year
2002
Document Status

Abstract
Solely concerned with the lighting of industrial premises. Industry is taken to be those activities involved in the production, treatment, manufacture and distribution of products. Format, and to some extent content, has changed since 1989. It is suggested that those involved in the lighting of industrial buildings do not use this document merely as a reference for schedules of illuminance values, but consider the general sections on lighting parameters and lighting hardware, before looking at the individual industries.
Document History
This edition is a revised and updated version of LG 1: 1989, but the earlier document still remains current.
