Abstract
Stresses the importance of a clear public policy statement which integrates both transport and planning objectives and makes explicit what the travel plan requirements will be for planning applications in a local area and why they are needed. Also takes you through the various travel plan options that are available, the circumstances to which each is best suited, and how to put them into effect.
