Abstract
Looks at the research which was carried out in order to produce a draft framework of guidance for mineral planning authorities and mineral operators aimed at minimising the adverse effects arising from traffic associated with mineral workings, including on-site traffic/transport systems, whilst having regard to the need to maintain mineral production in an economic and viable way.
