Gives a general overview of the subject of energy conservation legislation, in the construction industry. Outlines the statutory framework and highlights the recent changes resulting from new Parts L1, L2 and relevant sections of Parts H and J. Goes through each work stage, highlighting the particular aspects which may need to be considered at each stage. Also contains lists of further reading relevant to each section.
