Abstract
Describes the requirements for Quality Systems to be established by suppliers of Paving Grade Bitumen and interprets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9002:1994. The Scheme is applicable to Suppliers of Paving Grade Bitumen hot in bulk from a Refinery, Terminal or Intermediate Storage. Process control upstream of the bitumen blending and storage plant is outside the scope of this document.
