Abstract
Concentrates on the key aspects of property protection in processes involving the spraying of paint and similar surface treatments using powders and flammable or highly flammable liquids, with subsequent stoving and curing. Many of these recommendations may apply equally to other coating processes such as dipping, roller or flow coating, and fluidised bed coating. Guidance is limited to ways in which the risks of fire and explosion initiation and spread may be reduced to a minimum.
Document History
Partially supersedes RC14 - Recommendations for spraying and other painting processes involving flammable liquids and powders.
