Seeks to gain an understanding through qualitative interviews with young people, depth interviews with transport providers and follow-up work with young people again to gauge reactions to potential solutions. Covers areas of Young people's current use and experience of public transport; current transport provisions; the role of the car; safety of travelling on public transport; data on young people's usage; young people's image of public transport, their perceptions and attitudes; and views of public transport operators and providers.
