Abstract
Prepared to respond to the specific needs of those employers who have in house contractual procedures and regularly undertake major projects, and the contractors with whom they work. As a consequence, it has been possible to reduce the amount of detail within the contract conditions so that they are both shorter and simpler than the existing JCT standard form.
