Abstract
Encourages the adoption of post occupancy evaluation (POE) as part of a process of continuous improvement in building performance. It introduces readers to a strategic method of post occupancy evaluation tailored to the first 12 months of a building's occupancy, discusses how this method could be employed within a project as well as providing more background information to the POE debate.
