Abstract
To be used to record the details of and other changes made to the building services of new buildings, refurbishments and existing buildings undergoing major change. They are now a legal requirement of the Building Regulations. Aimed at clients, designers, facilities managers and the occupants, this book intends to promote the energy efficient operation of buildings. Appropriate for small business premises up to 200m².
