Abstract
Advice is given to Local Authorities on the procurement, operation and application of TRACS-type surveys (TTS) to be used on principal roads. This document also details the background to TTS, procurement of TTS services including contractual matters and tender evaluations and using the TTS data. Appendix A contains the TTS specification.
