Abstract
To be read in conjunction with BS EN 206-1:2000. Specifies constituent materials and concrete. Provides United Kingdom national provisions where required or permitted by BS EN 206-1. It also covers materials, methods of testing and procedures that are outside the scope of BS EN 206-1, but within national experience.

Superseded by BS 8500-2:2006+A1:2012. Together with BS EN 206-1 and BS 8500-1 supersedes BS 5328 (all parts) which will be withdrawn 1 December 2003.
