Looks at the provision and design aspects of athletics facilities. Covering hierarchy of provision (including competition, high performance, regional, endurance and outdoor training centres), provision for athletes with a disability, local training facilities, sports halls, accommodation for changing, storage, track and field events, flood lights and detailed lay out guides.
