Abstract
New gas supply installations must be checked for safety and compliance with all relevant regulations before the supply is turned on for the first time, the person turning on the supply accepts the responsibility for this. This checklist is intended as an aid to shouldering this responsibility.

The Heating and Ventilating Contractors' Association represented those responsible for the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration products and equipment.
