Abstract
Looks at various methods and techniques used for evaluating the attributes of individual sites, or wider areas, for land use planning purposes. Sets out the findings of the study, and provides guidelines on the selection and use of the types of land evaluation techniques likely to be most frequently required or encountered by those involved in the planning system.
