Abstract
Supplements to the Standard form of building contract 1998 edition - private and local authorities versions incorporating amendments 1-5. Modifications to the standard form for use where the contractor is required to complete the design of a portion of the works (contractors designed portion) and the works are to be completed by phased sections.
