Describes the quality system requirements to be established by the organisations responsible for the preservative treatment of timber and interprets the requirements of British Standard BS EN ISO 9002:1994 and should be read in conjunction with the BS EN ISO 9000 Standard series documents and, where appropriate, BWPDA QGN 2.
