Abstract
Offers practical guidance for clients on the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, also known as the “CDM Regulations”. These regulations concentrate on health and safety legislation and affect most areas of construction. The role and duties of the client are recognised and clearly stated. Any client of the building and/or construction industry may be affected, but domestic clients have no responsibilities under the Regulations.
