Abstract
Provides a snapshot of current knowledge. The DfT is commissioning a major project to develop cost/benefit information and guidance to support ITS deployment by a range of stakeholder groups, including local authorities. The information referred to in this leaflet provides local authorities with useful guidance until such time as the DfT project is completed.
