Abstract
Sets out the Department’s planning policies for industrial development and other defined business uses and indicates how economic and employment growth associated with such uses can be accommodated and promoted in development plans. It seeks to facilitate and accommodate economic growth in ways compatible with social and environmental objectives and sustainable development.
